Open Camcorder, hold phone in landscape. Hit button on lower left to pop out the tab, hit the first option, the little gear settings one. Video resolution, and scroll up to 1080.

Like I posted on the last page, the only options I get are: DVD(720x480), VGA(640x480), CIF(352x28, QVGA(320x240)

Haha, yeah, those forums are weaksauce, but they seem to be the most populated D3 forum, so that's what I've been checking out. My battery has truly been weird, at first I thought I might have a defective one, because the life was so shitty. Today, right now im at 17h30+min and sitting at 70% charge left, on the regular 1500mAh battery. Like I said, screen time on has been minimal, but I did make a few short calls, send/recieve a several texts, and check several emails, so its not as if it hasn't been on at all.

thats kinda crazy... though it looks like 99% of that is screen off time(thats still great) Only phone iv got life like that on thus far was my ultra low volt kernel on my moto droid. I forgot I had it on after I got my new phone. Picked it up and it was at like 9 days with 20% life left. Wish a kernel like that would come out for my fing TB I like 15 hours of life on the normal battery, really thinking of getting a bigger one.

All you droid 3 people are making me miss my Moto droid. If it was not for its lack of 4g id be all over that thing.

4G is the only reason I haven't gotten the Droid 3. Holding off for the bionic. But I'm tempted every day by the D3 so they better hurry up or I might give in.

That's still speculation... but it's probably true and makes me a sad panda. My Droid is getting very sluggish, even after wiping it and putting on CM7. Not sure I can wait until Sept, might end up with that D3 if it ends up being true. If they don't start preorders tomorrow, I think it's time to start worrying.

I planned on waiting but 4g isn't hitting my area until Christmas and even then that's just the early estimate plus it would only be where I work, not at home and where I work has next to no signal anyways. Glad I didn't wait, I fucking love my D3.

Picked up a Thunderbolt not too long ago. 4G is nice. Getting an average of 12mbps down with it, and 8-9mbps up. I'm just glad I got it before verizon got rid of the unlimited 4G-lte data plans.

If using original Droid try SimplyStunning / 1.0 ghz kernel (made by same guy who wrote simplystunning) / and the supercharge script.

SimplyStunning is based on CM7

Sounds pretty sure, Cases fro the phones usually arrive before the phone and Best buy and VZn list cases coming in on the 20th of August, so I'd say 2 weeks after that the Bionic will drop.

Similar case for the D3, cases came 2 weeks or 1 week before the phone came out


Just get the D3 now
