Just got mine on Friday too. Upgrading from a g2, and this thing feels crazy good in my hands. I overclocked the g2, but the speed difference is ridiculous.

I was worried the phone was too big, but it really feels good in my hand, and compact in my pocket. Best phone I've owned so far.

Also, I'm on tmobile in New York City and seeing decent data speeds: 5-7 down, 1-2 up, which is good enough for me.

Yeah. I've gotten pretty used to it already. And download speeds are great. Getting like 8-12 down / 2 up around my place which is better than my home connection. lol

Is this a bug or something. I'm running miui.us for og droid. Sometimes I get a ping indicating a sms was received but it seems to be with only some people... anyone ever get this? (Its sorta like bbm but it just seems random who it works for)

I'm against the iphone since she drops her shit a lot, and will probably break it. But it appeals to me more out of the box. She probably wont root or jailbreak or anything.
