No no, go back on the SE website, and then the FF13 page. You have to redeem the code there to get another code.

How to get code for Asuran Armguards without actually buying FFXIII:

1. Go to your local Gamestop
2. Sift through the used copies of FFXIII on the wall (open the cases, look behind booklet)
3. Find code(s), take pic or write down
4. Register code on SE members site
5. ?????
6. PROFIT!

I did this yesterday and got a code for both me and my girlfriend. There is a possibility the code has already been activated, so collect a few just in case.

I really don't think someone would buy a USED copy of FFXIII for the activation code... and if they do, and the code doesn't work, do you think they would be surprised? For all they know, the code could have been used buy the original owner.

I believe the sept 22 date is confirmed for the collector's edition buyers only, whereas the sept 30 release date is for all regular copy buyers. If someone already said this I apologize. On that note though, does anyone know if I can cancel my preorder of the regular copy without penalty so I can order the collector's edition? xD

Depends where it is from, but most retailers have no problems with this.

I just got an e-mail from Game.co.uk saying this.

"As you may already be aware, the UK release date for Final Fantasy XIV Collector's Edition has changed to 30-Sep-2010. Changes to release dates are relatively common in the videogames industry and are unfortunately beyond our control."

What's going on? I've seen no official announcement of a change to the release date for the CE in the UK, but surely Game wouldn't do that for no reason?

Official site site says 22nd for the CE so no idea where they're getting this from. It was changed on gamestation site as well but play and amazon still listing 22nd as release date.
