Keep in mind that Plaga's en-damage cancels out any nice effect you might have otherwise.. haste samba comes into mind. It's good for the effort it takes to get, yes.

That's what is being discussed. It's a bummer if you have a Dancer in your party. If you don't have a Dancer in your party and aren't /DNC (where else would you get beneficial add. effects?) it's plenty good for now.

Said it before and I'll say it again, Vassago's > Plaga with a DNC. Enjoy your negligible damage increase in shit parties? Who gives a shit about DRK melee if you don't have apocalypse or active blood weapon, exactly?

All of that said, Reckoning makes for an easy 5hit /sam or an easy 6hit /nin while being dmg:105 delay:528. I can't see the additional effect and 1 base damage beating out 7 STP.

In which case, why would he switch to war and sam whenever he has a dnc, instead of having a good scythe? And furthermore, if he loves drk that much, why not just do a trial for a better weapon even outside of having dnc?
