I am unsure who this NPC is who is saying this; clarification on what this 'objective' is (presume quest?) would be nice too.

Just killed Keesha. Only did Magic fruit and Vacant Gaze. Magic fruit cured for 2-3k hp. Vacant Gaze removed 3 buffs when it hit me. Did Vacant Gaze twice. Didn't remove buffs the one time I wasn't looking at it. Fight is basically the same as Marvin. Didn't have movement speed+. I pulled her all the way to the wall next bunnies. (Did that just because I am comfortable fighting nms there.) Pos is E-6. Just to note. Seems all the opos track by scent. I was over half way accross the zone with all the opos that linked. I put up Deodorize and 30 seconds later I lost hate on the opos but not Keesha. GF came and tagged it on TH4. Old Buddy from my old LS came and helped push it down faster also.

So wait we know how to pop karkinos now? I've seen so many methods tossed around I don't know what one is right and what is wrong, or is it just that the JPs know how but we dont...?

Does anyone have any additional information on the tier 3 VNM Ruminator? I read that it gains some form of physical resistance as hp gets lower. Just curious if anyone can suggest what would be the minimum you could safely take it down with and how dangerous its melee attacks and tp moves are.

Also a hp estimate and whether it has enhanced movement speed would be extremely useful.

I just went and checked and Keesha is up. So it does seem once she is poping she runs off of a timed spawn.

My LS killed Ruminator as a part of our run tonight. Just a few things about it I'd like to share:

- He eats buffs with Binary Tap, so dispels are important.
- Other accounts of the fight noted that he started to resist physical damage to an incredible amount and I can confirm this. It started to happen a lot sooner than I expected, but fortunately we did bring 5 BLMs. RNGs were doing pretty well at the start but around 75% it became apparent that he was starting to resist, and by 40% Slugwinders were doing no more than 60 damage and ranged attacks were in single digits. Make absolutely sure you have elemental magic available for this fight or you will regret it.
- Whenever Ruminator used Mighty Strikes, it changed target usually to the 3rd or 4th person on the hate list (usually a BLM). So it's not necessarily a full hate erase, but it definitely picks someone further down the hate list than normal to bully around for a while.

Only got hachimaki drop. Didn't get any !! the duration of the fight.

Yeah, that was stated in a confirming manner just recently.

1) Get Smouldering Crab Shell key item from Nahn.
2) Get Dried Squid from Poroggo Dom Juan NM.
3) Fish in the pond with Dried Squid as bait.
4) Get raped by a barnacle crab.

Im betting the opo on heie's server is IT, and MAYBE that is the pop condition

Surrounding must be IT for keesha to start its timed spawn?

I gotta leave ifrit's opo untouched for now and hopefully keesha pop with EM opo's so we can conclude it is indeed a server independent timed spawn

I must've missed something in the last few pages, but I went in with a few others and we found Keesha-Poppo spawned alive and unharmed, milling with the Black Merinos just south of Conflux #7. I probably should have screen shotted it, but I can copy-paste chat logs if that would prove anything at all. I was surprised because I would have expected it to be around with the other opos.

If people are desperate, I'll head in tomorrow and grab pics, if it's still alive.

Minhocao roams between sandworms, coeurls and manticores, it had nothing to do with your wipe.

I'm not positive about Keesha, but I'd guess that someone just pulled him and either zoned it off at Conflux #7, died or deaggroed and that it was slowly walking back to the Opo's. if it was actually walking around at the sheep, then I suppose it's possible that it's another wide-roaming NM, but it just seems unlikely.

Ass raped me with Claw Storm for 600+, but it prolly didn't land all hits since I had less >.>
