If the Germans didn't have to fight full forces on 2 fronts, and Russia had to take out Japan therefore putting them on 2 fronts, yes, it would have taken a hell of a lot longer and a whole hell of a lot more deaths, if they were able to pull it off.

Even if Pearl Harbor hadn't happened, we would have been dragged into the war eventually, considering that if Hitler had succeeded in dominating Europe and beating Russia, he was going to bring the war to our footsteps.

I said dozens because hundreds would be a very liberal estimate given the amount of people that were already dead. There quite simply wouldn't have been the fighting forces to continue throwing millions of lives at them, the numbers would have been lower per amount of time.
