Seriously, blame Kirkman. He doesn't see it now because dollar signs, but this is the very reason his comic has stagnated. Like I said before, if it wasn't for the spin-off or this show, his comic probably would have been canceled.

I've got no doubt about that. That comic is nothing but pile of shit right now.

Except for how he got bit, I didn't have a problem with the episode. Granted, that's a fucking big exception, because him getting bit was RETARDED. The signs were there (one kid on bed, pictures of twins) and everything. And he just zones out and gets bit? Fucking retarded.

I think they did a great job getting me to "accept" his death and feel really fucking bad about it the rest of the episode. I'm pissed though that Tyrese never made it to his comic potential, like so many characters. Honestly I think they're making Rick even more badass in the show than the comic, and everyone else is sucking.

I hate how zombies always sneak up on people. Ty heard stuff so he went to investigate but when it's right behind him? Seriously? How do people see and hear zombies from a distance but if they are behind they are ninjas?

Was telling a coworker how Tyrese has gone hella soft and was prolly next, but to go out like that? I wouldn't be surprised if Sasha or whoever slipped on a fucking banana peel and twisted their neck at this point. The guest appearances were easily the best part of the episode. I really hope they focus more on the story for the rest of the season, instead of just killing off characters for ratings.

Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I was glad to see Tyrese go. He didn't even reach half the potential of comic Tyrese. The way he died was stupid, and they could've at least given it a little more thought, but the thought of not having him whining through every episode is comforting.

I feel like they pulled an Andrea with Tyreese. They could have really done a better job, so that his death actually meant something.

See, that's why death is so meaningless in this show. As I've said before, too much death and you have no characters to care about. The story basically becomes the same story with new people and the same conflict (like reality TV). You don't get to see people grow, change, or overcome adversity. They either become evil bastards or die. Then, just when you think they've finally grown, that's when they press the kill switch (referred to from here on out as the dipshit button) and come up with some retarded reason for dying.

His death was beautiful, but the bite was "can't get the pliers because I keep looking at Milton" levels of stupid.

The two characters are closely connected. They severely weakened each character compared to their comic counterpart, then they start showing signs of them going down the path to become their comic counterpart. Then as soon as your hopes are up BOOM DEAD FROM SOMETHING STUPID.

Tyreese all episode was talking about how he needs to be aware, he needs to live in the now, and not avoid it. Which to me was "Fuck yeah Tyreese is going to be the badass right hand man for Rick he was meant to be, finally!"

And now he's dead. Fuck that.
