Since when does having your hands tied physically stop you from holding on to something/someone? It's basically the same as having one big arm with a little less mobility but twice the gripping power.

Overall, I enjoyed the episode, too. I thought Eastman was a great character, although the bite which led to his death was dumb and kind of contrived, as most death-via-single-zombies are.

The thing that annoyed me about the episode was that it was clearly inserted at this point to just arbitrarily draw out the suspense of Schrodinger's Glenn, which I find to be an annoying plot contrivance. I would liked to have seen the episode, but rather it have been in the lineup during a relatively peaceful time, where it could be inserted and help provide a sense of "time passes peacefully in Alexandria" without extended episodes of Carol playing gin rummy with the local harpies, Daryl hunting for snipes, and Hurley trying to start up an old VW Bus.

These are all perfectly fair criticisms. I guess it just didn't bug me quite as much because I never expected Glenn's status to be resolved this episode, one way or another. I'm also not anxiously awaiting it because of how blatantly obvious they've made it about what happened.

So another reason we can't apply real world knowledge to zombie shit is because after a few months none of the zombies would be able to walk anywhere because there would be no replacement calcium in the bones. The bones would rot and not be able to hold up their weight. Would take like a year or two and you'd never have to worry about zombies again... just stab people in the brain after they die and never have to worry about it again...
