Another good episode. Probably the first half was a bit slow and maybe a little too much drama, but I thought the second half had a good mix and the ending was exciting with a good cliffhanger.

The convenient placing of zombies is kinda irking me. Someone mentioned the herd and those in the church last episode, but this week finding so many at the medical supply trailer just has me scratching my head. Chancing upon the lone walker in the forest was at least reasonable.

Daryl with his bro's stash and taking out zombies and not giving a fuck. He's one badass redneck. Great EP as 2 storylines going at the same time. Different pacing for each. It's like watching a RPG in RL as each EP new characters, supply runs and lots of zombies.

It was my understanding that Daryl doesn't exist in the comics and that he was just invented for the show. Which makes me worry about his long term survivability, especially with the preview of season 2 I saw with Rick carrying him in a shot.

Man if there is one thing this show gets right, it's that damn intro sequence. The music slowly creeping in from the cold intro and then the actual opening credits and music are so good.

Liked this episode a bit more than the last one, which just had some funny decision making and situations. Daryl is a pretty awesome character, good actor for him too.

If you are actually looking for an answer, i think the only way I think this kind of stuff can be explained is because the zombies have some sort of residual memories left. It could compel them to go to the last places they remember going. Black zombie mom went up to her doorstep in the beginning of the series.
People huddling in a church waiting out the end of days, masses of people outside a hospital needing help.

The medical supply trailer was at a FEMA relief site; people who were bit probably went there to seek medical attention, food, or whatever, and they died there. If people are bit and realizing the end is near, going to church seems reasonable. Neither one of those really bothered me, although the church might have made a little more sense if they were meandering aimlessly around the church rather than sitting in the pews.

The herds are explained a little bit in the comic with something along the lines of "One zombie hears something, wanders in a direction determinedly. Another zombie sees the first one walking after something, he follows. Others see those two, continue following. The first zombie may completely forget what he was after in moments, but by that time, there may be a dozen zombies all walking in one direction, and because they are all walking in the same direction, they keep walking in the same direction because they don't know any differently. They don't know where they are going, or what they are doing, but they know others are going that way, so they should too."

like 90% of these characters arent in the comic book, so its tough to grasp where they will go with them, Kirkman also said he is gonna stray from the comic so he can tell new stories or some shit, idk. Im not too worried about Daryl, he is a fan favorite, I cant see them killing him off any time soon.

Lolz. I'm with you, fuck that kid. Was told to stay in a spot and decided to run off. Hope the mother ends up dying trying to save the kid and ends up causing the death of both of them.

His line mentioned that there was meth when he said "crystal, X, painkiller, w/e the atibiotic was".
