So me and Aru are the only ones who saw that coming? lol
I literally never mentioned it because I thought it was so incredibly obvious.
though I also have never read the comics.

So this last ep. worth downloading then? (havent seen the last 2, and doesnt seem I missed much)
I had that same belief until the whole Daryl finding her doll bit, I seriously thought they were gonna build up on the whole Daryl/Sophia's Mom and Sophia being a new family. Predictable or not I think it was fucking brilliant for the show to throw that red herring out to make viewers forget. Carl being a fucking little bad ass all of sudden damn near killed it for me but thankfully I don't pay much attention to whenever he opens his mouth.
Great episode but honestly I felt with such a long break coming up the ending was a little too simple to keep me really excited for February. So they shot the walkers in the barn and found out the fate of Sophia (finally) but now what? I felt like there should have been some grand ultimatum given by Herschel (i.e. you kill the walkers in the barn you must leave) so that I'd want to come back and see exactly if/how they leave, if Shane goes crazy on Herschel and they don't, etc. Instead it's all just kind of up in the air and Rick is still "working" on Herschel to stay (whatever that means) and pretty much every major underlying plot point is over. My wait for February won't be all that agonizing.
Didn't Rick kill a little girl in gas station in the first season episode 1? Make it 3 and we can change the show's name to Dexter hurr
I dunno, there are a lot of underlying questions to be answered.
Did Herschel know? If he did, for how long? Why didn't he tell them? Why did he say they had to leave if he knew the girl was dead already? How does this affect the others? Will he feel guilty knowing the girl died because he kept a barn full of walkers?
Kill Dale next please. He represents everything that is naggy and annoying with this series. Andrea will suck way less without him.
Suck in the figurative sense that is.
what am i gonna do with myself on sundays now, feb is so far away![]()
There's always Mad Men. Oh wait...........
Kirkman said on Talking Dead that she was zombified before she got to the farm, and that Otis "wrangled" her into the barn like the rest of the walkers in there. Otis didn't know that they were searching for a little girl, and didn't get a chance to find out because Shane decided that Otis was better off as a zombie. So it's kinda Shane's fault that they never knew what happened to her.
Never! Dale is one of the best characters on the show! You know you'll miss those eyebrows... THEY HOLD MYSTICAL WISDOM AND POWER.
Spoiler: show
Didnt they actually show the little girl before the ending? I thought when Karl rattled the barn it showed her growling at him...or maybe it was just me assuming that she was in the barn from the moment they revealed there were walkers there.
I think that Rick shooting zombie Sophia is a symbolic killing of any connection to the comic book that the TV show might have. So that certain other thing that people keep wanting to happen probably/might not happen because they've absolutely veered away from the source material now. Any of these characters could die and any of the ones (especially that certain one) might survive.
Also,

Loved the ending, but I don't think they pay off was necessarily worth it. Too many episodes were bad to awful in the middle just for the finale; had they made the middle ones a tad more interesting the end would have felt much grander.
