The whole stranger kid ordeal is strange to me. They hate him because he shot at the group(do we know he shot at them? or was he just watching from the roof?), yet they risk their lives to save him and patch him up. Then they drive 18 freaking miles to drop him off in the middle of nowhere. Doesn't seem like that would be enough for Rick's conscience, leaving him bound and by himself. Obviously you don't want to have to trust some random kid, but you are already living with all kinds of crazy characters you can't fully trust. Doesn't seem like that big of a stretch to talk to the kid and see if it might be reasonable to let him stay.

Not a big fan of andreas character in the show. Totally different than the comic book she is one crazy cunt. Overall I'm pleased with the show, especially recently.

pretty sure he took a couple shots from the roof. Rick should've just sent someone like shane alone to dispose of him if his conscience couldn't handle it. If you are that untrusting of the guy, take him out. Which they should have done when he was stuck on the fence.

So... blood smeared on a surface is enough to make a zombie ignore a living, breathing, moving person standing right in front of them?
Why is blood smeared on a wall more palatable than a living person with a dead body lying on top of him?

I really liked the Rick-Shane brotalk at the very beginning of the episode. I was going to rage REALLY hard and root for Shane to just kill everyone if Rick had ditched him, but the rescue was pretty sweet.

"YAY I just helped you save your friend!" -little stranger Timmy
    "STFU!" -Rick

GDI you had to remind me of that. I feel like an open gash near zombies with a blood-infecting disease isn't really the brightest idea.

Shane did it in desperation at least, but really, Rick? You had to slice your thumb open to get the zombie to walk over?

And now Rick dies of Tetnis because he rubbed his open wound on a rusty gate.

pretty sure everyone is already infected, it just manifests after they die.

He did it so the zombie would stick his head close to the fence to get at the blood, thereby allowing Rick to stab him in the head.

Hurdur, we know why he did it, but it could have been done completely different.

I think Shane was smearing it on the bus not to slow them down, but to calm them so he could hold the door easier.

Yeah but it still gives you the fever and brings about your death.

Andrea telling off Lori in the kitchen was awesome, Lori just gets so insufferable sometimes.

It's like, "hey, for the vast majority of us our entire families along with everyone we ever knew and loved are dead (to one degree or another), so kindly stfu like you know shit about shit Mrs. Husband, Child, & Baby otw".

Rewatching the ep I think the kid was lying. He never went to school with Maggie and just said that so they wouldn't leave him there.

Prediction: I think if they let him live he is going to be the cause of them leaving the farm in the finale.

Yeah, I agree. I don't think Andrea is the crazy one of the females at all; Lori and Maggie are much less reasonable.

Maggie's confrontation of her sister only exacerbated her suicidal yearnings. In the long run, Andrea's choice to put the decision in the girl's own hands will, I think, result in a less tenuous desire to live.

That said, while I loved the action in this episode, it seemed just as regressive as most episodes this season. By the end, we were back exactly where were at the episode's beginning.

The thing to take from this episode was the two non-bitten security guards. At first look they say "scratches, look at the arm" but when rick looks at them the 2nd time while shane is in the bus he looks oddly at them, I think this is giving more to the theory that everyones infected, would not be surprised if that is what Jenner whispered to him back in season 1.

Yeah I forgot about the whole whispering thing from S1. Still it seems like when people get bit they get the crazy fevers then die, at least in S1.

The whole finger and hand cutting thing was just meh. Why would you ever cut your fingers or hands when you could just use your arm? Hands are pretty important tools to survival. I'm sure Rick didn't get any zombie blood in hit cut, eyes, or mouth though during that whole ordeal. Dude is crazy lucky when it comes to blood splatter. Maybe everyone is infected already though so it doesn't matter!

How did he know to drop her name anyway? I thought he was blindfolded/isolated the whole time.

    Maybe because it's a farm?
