    What I want know is who the fuck said this phone was the "iPhone Killer"...? I really fucking hate that term. Like the iPhone is this end-all be-all device that everyone should try to emulate. Semantics aside...

    In all seriousness, the phone was poorly marketed (the one commerical where he sees his ex, just stop). Microsoft needs to back the fuck off with the mobile market. Too many people have hard ons for there iPhones, Androids and Blackberrys.

    Amen. This phone wasn't supposed to be an iPhone killer at all, don't know why it was labeled one.

    I agree with mjd, Microsoft either needs to make a phone which completely blows the iPhone out of the water on paper which appeals to tech snobs (seeing as this is the only niche which hasn't been filled) or just stay far away from the mobile market as possible.

    Next to Android, Mobile 6.5 and 7 is better than all the others. Hell, Palm's OS is better.
    HTC with 6.5 > iphone by a mile.

    Its not. It was originally meant to be a cheap social networking phone series for high school students who only really care about facebook/myspace.


    It was meant to be fully subsidized and marketed for teens on family plans.
