took my little sister to see this tonight. Wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be.
Funniest parts were pretty much all in the trailers, and plot was very predictable.

I'd personally skip it.
A lot of the humor came in the form of slapstick with the little yellow guys.

I liked it a lot. I wish there were more funny scenes with the kids though. Didn't watch it in 3D because my child is terrified at imaginary shit flying at her.

I think the trailers ruin it for most people, just cause they give so much away in them. But the movie is still enjoyable.

It relies heavily on physical humor, which I suppose is an easy laugh for the kids, who this movie was made for, and was very predictable, which again, it's a kids movie.
It's not a bad movie, but I just feel I got ripped off for $9.
Though I only went because of my sister, so I can't really say I could have spent the money better elsewhere.

I thought this movie was pretty great. The Minions are awesome. They speak like the Worms from the Worms games. It's not about being evil as it is about your dreams being spat at your whole life ruining you. Predictable, yes. Still enjoyable on many levels.

Was a good movie. Had no idea it was in 3d or that the theater I went to was showing it in 3d...fucking got pissed off I had to shell out an extra 3 bucks. Was a great movie but absolutely NO reason for it to have been in 3d. part with the boogie bots was great.

Just watched it online, thought it was a horrible movie. I could see it being fun for kids, but it was just really boring and dry. Found myself numerous times taking breaks to walk around, going to a different tab to browse a website, do work, etc. I just didnt find it fun at all.

Went and saw this last night with my fiance. We both loved it, but I completely lost it when Gru walks into Evil Bank for the first time. Best political joke in a kids movie EVER!
