Looks legit on close inspection, but I'm no photoshop wizard. If so, I presume it must either be a 'weakness only' drop or just -really- bollocks drop rate.

As Tokon Hachimaki (H2H) is known to drop from Glavoid, that leaves Kengo Hachimaki (great katana) and Kanja Hachimaki (katana).

One could infer that Hadhayosh drops a hachimaki like the other mega bosses, but it is said that it drops Timarli Dastanas actually along with the other two known drops (I haven't seen any blogs or screenshots regarding this yet).

Abyssea T3 VNM are known to have 3 drops, and it looks like the rates might be 100%, high%, and low%. The one that's been hammered out the best is La Theine due to Brooder having worthwhile drops. The STR mitts seem common, but it took Hochomasamune a long time to show up. Hachimakis seem to be 100% from everything that can drop them.

Anyway, I'd bet that Usurper's drops are Hako Hachimaki (100%), Entois Trousers (~50%), and Ocelot Trousers (~10%).
