    Charm Success Rate Formula, help

    Hello all! :D I was wondering if anyone has ever figured out a formula for one's charm success rate? I know charm is based off of your chr and your lv vs the mob's lv but i dont believe there was ever much testing done for charm (that i know of) but if anyone has any information on it that would be wonderful :D thanks!
