I wish I preordered, but I forgot like a dork.
I wish I preordered, but I forgot like a dork.
Again, can't wait for this. THere is so much DLC for this game already.
So far what I will have day 1:
Ser Issac's Armor (from DS2)
Hindsight Belt
Staff of Parthalan
Lion of Orlais Shield / Fadeshear sword (Gamestop preorder stuff)
Black Emporium/Mabari Warhound/Mirror of Transformation (for buying DA2 new)
Exiled Prince DLC/Apostate's Courage/Seeker's Bulwark/Adder of Antiva/Might of the Sten (sig. edition stuff)
Some people might think that's a retarded amount of DLC for a day 1 game, but I don't mind. Just the opposite really. At least I know with Bioware stuff it isn't on the disc and you're actually downloading it. Whether or not that means it's ready is anyones guess. Seeing as how the game went gold almost 2 weeks ago though, I am assuming they are still working on stuff.
i think the way they handled the Ser Isaac Suits for people who don't buy the games on the same system is dumb
i mean, all the stuff is handled via your Bioware account anyway, so I don't see why they can't just add the Ser Isaac suit for all 3 systems. All the DA2 freebies so far (Hindsight belt etc) show up in your bioware account for all 3 versions of the game, so I'm not sure why the Ser Isaac suit has to be different.

A Million Demo Downloads Unlocks Dragon Age II Prizes
If one million players download the Dragon Age II demo in the week following its February 22 release on the Xbox 360, PC, and PlayStation 3, magic artifacts will be theirs for the taking. BioWare issues its Dragon Age II Call to Arms.
A million downloads may seem like quite a lot, but when you're spreading things across three platforms it isn't really that daunting of a number. I'm guessing BioWare will hit the one million mark within the first two days, and that's without even taking the two special Dragon Age II items being unlocked in the full release into account.
Players need only log into their EA account while playing to have their download counted. Once the one million download mark is hit (as tracked on the official webpage), the entire community will get their hands on two special books when the game launches on March 8: The Far Cliffs of Kirkwall, an ancient book that gives money when read; and Lothering's Lament, a similar tome that doles out experience points.
How fast do you think the demo will hit one million downloads?
There could easily be 1million people downloading the demo, the problem comes from the fact that not all of those people will go to or even own an EA account, so the majority of downloads probably wont even count.
I've grown to love DLC, if only because it's just optional value coming from a single source, but it's kind of odd to have so much crap coming with it. When we're halfway through the game we're going to have enough shit to gear out an army.
This, unfortunately. I'm sure they'll end up releasing the DLC anyway, they just want to get it hyped up as much as possible and figure this will entice people. That's my guess anyway.
Also; Love Felicia Day. I watched her on Fallon and you can see that she is so genuine about gaming and stuff, unlike that dumbass Olivia Munn. Day also has a great personality and you can tell that's just how she really is. Gotta love it.
omg a pretty girl who likes gaems, so hottt!
also this picture is brutal lol

Can't wait for both games.
why downgrade?
In my opinion, personally, I would like to see Felicia Day gangbanged. The fact she plays videogames will be only be impressive if she can beat justin wong at something(aside from driving a car). But if she could get gangbanged, that would be REALLY impressive. Especially if they were black, because people look down on white pornstars who have sex with black dudes, that would take some real guts. Maybe the plot would be a bunch of black stereotypes nerd it out on a cosplayer's face.
Niggas have poor standards for nerdy chicks, Olivia Munn is fucking retarded.
Is there any bonuses in DA2 for completing DA1? I seem to have misplaced my CD, and I never had a chance to complete it...
probably just the choices you made.
What about stuff you do in Awakening? Or do the plot decisions only come from DA1?
