I gotta also say that finally in this game Bioware dint make everyone look like soulless puppets.
In what chapter to do you save first enchanter Orsino?

DLC better be out soon.
Yes I blazed thru my first playthrough to get the storyline down. All I have to say is well done Bioware.
But still fuck you for the saves thing.
So is there any kinda of item storage in the game other then your normal pool? I only started the Deep Roads last night after finishing everything else i could up to that point but havent found a way to keep gear for later/nostalga
Thing I hated the most was

Man, taking Fenris, Aveline and Anders in a party with you is fun times.. But hell on your relationships if you don't sub them out at the right time! I love hearing them bicker back and forth so much, man.
That big boat line from Isi is amazing Jaek, haha.
Edit: Azu: Isn't there a storage chest in your home you can put things in to? (One in your current home, one in your new home when you get back, it'll be right by your writing desk).
Just beat the game on normal. Clocked in at 23 hours and I did almost every side-quest I could. Starting up a 2nd playthrough with femhawke as a warrior soon. A few things that bugged me...
Spoiler: show
I just can't see how people are beating this so fast, are you playing on casual or something? Are you sure you did everything? It took me 13 hours to get up to the deep roads during the first part. Quests just kept coming out of the woodwork.
I hate what they did to Anders in this game : / . He is totally annoying, and the only real viable healer. Isabella is easily the best character though, I agree. I like Merrill too, she's cute.Spoiler: show
As for the romances, I am having trouble romancing Fenris despite dropping huge hints like, "Would you like to come back to my manor for buttsex?" I flirted with Isabella once and we had sex the next time I went back home.
I have almost all of the achievements you can get for the game in 1 playthrough. I also played on Normal for the first play through. The only side quests I didn't complete were things like:
Spoiler: show
Other than the few you get at the very end of the game, when I started the main storyline quests there was nothing else in my journal. Didn't some magazine quote the game as being about 25-30 hours anyways?
So is there any use for the junk you pick up or is it intended to be sold? I'm lowish on money and not sure if I should start selling all of it or if it's crafting supplies I'll need later.
Anything that is junk can be safely sold.
Yeah I have 20 hours on the game, and I'm still in year 4. I can't see beating this game in another 3 hours, unless I skipped absolutely everything. I'm playing on Normal the first time though. No sense in not doing everything though. Once I have an active quest, I almost can't skip it. It will bother me if it's left in my log.
It is seriously amazing that you guys are beating this already. I'm kinda milking this game for all it's worth since I don't want to spend another 60 bucks any time soon, but holy shit.
I'm about 25hrs in and just started the second act. I'm suprised one the guys who beat it already is the guy who's had his game corrupted twice, one of those being in I'm guessing the last act of the game.
My first playthrough on the PC was 52 hours, so yeah people are beating the game incredibly fast for whatever reason.
Sssooo, I'm doing a romance with Fenris, so I pretty much take him everywhere with me, right? Plus, it's amazing to hear him bicker back and forth with Anders.. Anyway, I take him with me to do Ander's companion quest.. Zone in, and Anders pretty much calls me out for dating Fenris (And how I should go with someone else, HMMM).
I laughed so hard when I got it, I was surprised! (Fenris definitely snapped back at Anders).
Yeah, the whole getting Knockback/Interrupted from being hit by damn near anything is the one thing that pisses me off about DA2's combat system. Most of the other changes I'm fine with, but getting bounced around by even regular attacks if you're anything but a tank really gets on my nerves (especially when you do have to either solo something or temporarily hold hate on 2-3 mobs with a Mage cause Taunt is down...one hit and you're pretty much doomed to get bounced around like a basketball till you die, with no chance to run or Mind Blast or something).
