Traverser Stone is what I use, since SE was lazy with the translator this update.

All the JPs on my server just write アビせア, which is a katakana rendering of "Abyssea." I just put "Abyssea <Yes, please>" in my comment and indicate how much time and how many Traverser Stones I have. Mind you, no JPs ever seem to actually search for people. I watched someone shouting for a Bard for half an hour this morning while I was seeking on Bard with an Abyssea seacom up. Eventually just sent him a tell and he agreed to take me in spite of being American.

Actually it's "Abisea" not "Abishia" as you wrote. That's according to all the comments I'm looking at now. As noted above, JPs tend to shout for Abyssea rather than search members. However, if you're looking for a group, you can use "Stone"# (JPs have been using "Ishi" which has the same meaning).

Edit: For your question, you have to type it out since nothing has been added to the translators it seems. Try Abyssea ONLY/Abisea dake.

Is it possible to combine Evoliths of the same type to make a higher number? I just got a Ebur Jerkin and would like to put Birds Racc on it but the wiki hunt page says the sizes are only 1-3. While 2-4 Racc is nice, I want more lol

Has anyone figured out the new idea acc#'s to aim for or even just the lv/eva of mobs like those in abyssea for me to optimize some sets towards when bored?

Can the T1 vnms in abyssea be soloed? They last like 4 seconds with an alliance, but can nin/dnc, cor, or smn solo it?

If you want to join a Japanese pick-up group for Abyssea, you are going to have the most luck with watching for a shout in Whitegate and sending a tell to the leader, as quickly as possible, with as much information in the initial tell as you can manage. On Odin, most JP shout groups seem to start with the leader and a core group from his LS and/or friends, then fill out with whatever jobs are needed via shouts. I've sent tells within 30 seconds of seeing a shout and been denied.

A JP shout will probably look something like this:

アビセア(area)乱獲 行きませんか？忍戦・青黒赤詩募集中です16/18

(area)=
ラテーヌ:La Theine
コンシュ:Konschtat
タロンギ:Tahrongi

Any shout that has 乱獲 in it is an exp/cruor farming run. Keep in mind that Japanese players also shout for NM-hunting runs, usually targeting just one pop NM.

I find that Kaeko's Enmity Table page is a far better reference, because he specifically uses the shortened forms that are popular among Japanese players (like how we write MNK instead of going to the trouble of sticking that little O in there): http://kanican.livejournal.com/tag/enmity%20table!

I assume the t1 is an easy solo on rdm? What's the drop like on it? How long does it take to solo? Is it not worth wasting stones to solo it 500x to get a t2 pop?

Side question: Why do people boither camping this now that cap is 80? By the time you get one to drop, in all likelihood, the cap will have raised to 90. You're looking at a pretty short window of use <_<

By 90, kraken zerging will be entirely replaced by physical damage again barring any drastic changes to HP curve or damage curve. 96, even moreso.

Come to think of it I haven't heard anything of people trying kraken zerg on Abyssea stuff, I'd imagine it would be pretty brutal with the cruor HP boost and the ton of new +HP gear they added.

If they have the SE resistance like AV/Ein bosses then o well to that then.
