If they follow the same pattern as normal ele staves, I think the macc magian staves should have 50macc? Every Tier adds 10MACC, at least up until magians and the magian DMG staves follow the same pattern.

I missing something or its not macc % but raw +macc? nq staff was 20 hq 30 +3 affinity should be +40 and +4 affinity should be +50 macc

If you get the Ultimate collection, you can get all but Visions of Abyssea for $15 USD. Much more economical than spending $20 USD on two expansions, plus you get everything on a DVD that's much easier to reinstall should you get a new computer/hard disk drive/have to format.

As a taru MNK with PDT gear, carbonara, and abyssite of merit+hp boost, I can live through it 100%. Died a few times the first attempt because of wrong approach, but been trying for a DNC neck and haven't had any problems since then. Any other race just has it even easier, though SAM is at a distinct disadvantage. If you're trying SAM+WHM, I'd say scrap the evasion unless you can get significantly better gear.. you're not going to dodge shit and are better off using third eye and PDT to pick up the slack.

Seeing as it's stun-able, I'm sure you can swap PDT gear on after it readies.

For the first 75% definitely, only point the fight becomes dangerous is if it can 1 shot you in tp gear when mantle pierce becomes too fast to stun/gear swap reliably.

If you're going mnk to khalamari don't keep counterstance up if there's any chance you'll get pierced expectantly (like under 75%).. got nailed for 2.9k on my first try. Pdt might have barely saved me had I remembered to put it on.

I've saved macros with windower macros in them, and retrieved others which have the same and nothing's happened, so yes.

No, you need to effectively WS with the trial weapon in order to accumulate points.

What's WAR using for WS Legs these days for RR, KJ and, well, SC lol. I haven't really done anything with WAR gear in a long time and I'm wondering if Byakko's is still the best to leave on for RR and KJ(?). SC no idea. I haven't researched gear. What's everyone using now?
