In that case, Cape Teriggan would have fire weather on summer months, right?
because atm we're @ month 2 and weather is incredibly rare, usually once every three or more hours - for only 10 minutes.

FFXIclopedia displays what weather is possible in a zone, but the only way to get the forecast for any given hour is in-game.

Weather related topic, something I've always wondered: is weather the same across all servers, or is it randomized?

How ridiculous would it be for me to wear the full Teal Saio set on bard? I like the Fast Cast set bonus and the MAcc/CHR on most pieces. I should note that I don't have a Fast Cast body yet (Sha'ir, Yigit).

It seems like it'll be fine, but people seem to have this disgust toward people jumping onto full sets of this new gear, so I want to be sure.

For debuffing, Teal Saio set should be fine. The Magic Accuracy most likely makes up for standard sources of instrument skill (Choral Cuffs, Bard's Roundlet, etc.). For buffing, though, your Marches will be losing a little bit of Haste and you'd need to double-check if you'd be capping Minuet or not. I imagine you would, since it doesn't take much at all to cap Minuet. For non-songs, Teal Saio set is not a terrible option, though I can't think of many situations where getting Cure III off right now is critically important. Might help if you're stuck backlining and handling the Haste cycle, though.
