Confluxes should be 5-8-92.

As for the telecrystals I'm pretty sure they're part of the terrain, so you can't get rid of them without editing the .dat for the zone itself.

Well, the last time I remember something like that happening it was RMT running around Mount Z mining underground to avoid agro. I thought SE patched it so there was a z-component to the "in range" check, but maybe they did it specifically for mining points. I guess he could be potentially logging or fishing, but it doesn't look like there's much money to be made there.

No worthwhile repeatable quests in the zone that you could do from underground. He's a little too naked to have had business in the zone otherwise, and he's anon so it isn't someone abusing the sync system somehow. Could it be some ghetto way to scan for Dark Ixion?

Level sync is impossible to abuse. The sync has to actually get exp or else no one else does either.

Vaguely remember this being metioned in I want to say the dat thread but its actually not the teleport crystal that causes it. Its the purple shit underneath it. Iirc no one figured it out =/ but I can vouch for it being annoying esp while dualboxing.

i could be way off the mark here, but if you get banned on a mule for say mpk(or pos hacking) etc, you'll get all chars on that account banned yes?

so someone is paying £10/$15 a month to scan one zone for DI/SW, or risking their main.

Why are you assuming someone would use a mule for nothing but scanning di/sw?

Plenty of people have mule accounts for bazaaring, pling, gardening, etc that can be used for it.

I saw a guy doing that in Grauberg [S] while I was doing staff trials on treants. Not only was he below ground, he was teleporting around above ground, too. I could see him every once in a while for a split second. Scanning for Dark Ixion makes sense I guess... but as fast as he was zipping around the area, how does SE not flag that shit?
