When you're dealing with a stat that says "TP Bonus + 20%", would you calculate that as +20% of the WS's multiplier?
So it would be for instance, a WS with 1.0 would be a 1.2 multiplier, right?
When you get into the area of 150% TP, does your multiplier go up any? or does it just stay at the 1.0 mark until 200% takes it to say 1.25?

Previously I had Moghancement:Conquest and upon removing a mannequin and the Jeunoan Flag I started getting wind. If possible I'd like to keep all my furniture since I'm a fucking whore(as you can no doubt see) for furniture.
I've been able to add nearly everything back in but I'm having trouble with the royal bed's darkness overpowering everything and putting back the experience moghancement and the moment I try to put a Green 9 drawer(which I need to overpower the dark), I get moghancement wind. I'm confused since I figured the cordon bleu set would overpower the 9 drawer since according to wiki if it's equal strength it follows what was first placed in the MH.
EDIT: More playing around I replaced the bookshelf with a royal bookshelf and added a butterfly cage, green storm lantern, and a wicker basket. Was able to put everything up except for Sandy/Bastok/Jeuno flags, 2 of my mannequins, and either of my green 9 drawers.
How many lv 80's would be needed to take down a t3 vnm in a traditional(non pinning) manner nowadays?
I'm guessing DD/nin brd rdm/whm/sch thf could handle them easily enough but im not 100% sure.
I don't know when the wiki started saying that, but I am 99% sure it used to have the correct info. If your highest strength piece is a tie between two pieces of the same element but different moghancement, you will get moghancement: element. Like Emeralda + bastok flag gets you moghancement lightning, it doesn't matter what order you put them in your house. Here's a good site for figuring out your furniture.
Any new hands that are better than Heca mitts / +1? If so which so I don't keep holding onto this abj/waste gil :3
Two ways of doing this:
1) Put only the cordon bleu set in and confirm it gives you cooking. Then, add the rest in, 1 by 1, checking after each, until you lose it. That last piece has the same strength as the CB set. Don't use it.
2) Go to wiki or elsewhere? and find the correct strength of each piece you have. There are likely at least 2 tied for first.
Has anyone found a good way to pull Tier 2 VNM to pinning spots as a job that can't equip Powder Boots (BLM, etc.)? I've had a friend do the pull in the past, but it would be nice to not have to rely on another person while trying in vain to upgrade a crystal.
Is there a good low-man strategy for Jailer of Fortitude? I have a feeling im overlooking something easy.
Which one? Brooder usually pops around a lot of fences in my experience, so you can use stun, and run to the nearest fence, and use that to get some distance while waiting on stun recast, then move to the next fence, and repeat until you get where you want to be.
You could also try using sprinter's shoes+gaiters, but i'm not sure how consistently you'll be able to stand up, and start running before it hits you.
Gravity the helpers, drag the jailer to a different tower to kite around the square room there. I think the helpers will just give up after a while, but you can zone and reclaim the jailer to be 100% sure you lost them. Kite and nuke, be /nin since he'll mimic your spells back at you. I'm sure you could solo him if you're patient, but two or more people will speed it up a lot.
I soloed on mnk like this. If you dont have gravity just let adds start casting so they will stay behind a little then zone. Let JoF and adds walk to its spawn point. When adds will reach the spawn point you can claim JoF as long as he isnt closer then 15' (about) from adds on spawning point.
COR with movement+ can solo easily with QD. I usually duo with a COR on RDM or SCH to speed it up. Have had a few times where the pets just wouldn't deaggro for whatever reason and we just kite around the entire zone the whole time and let them follow. But usually I can stick grav on both pets and by the time we run it to a tower on the opposite side of the map they've given up. Certainly soloable by DRK/NIN with bio and movement speed if you have lots of free time. A random ghrah hitting you with bind or grav will most likely be game over.
The moral of the story is that you should verify claims and not assume anything that is claimed is actually true. (Easy enough with moghancements.)I don't know when the wiki started saying that, but I am 99% sure it used to have the correct info. If your highest strength piece is a tie between two pieces of the same element but different moghancement, you will get moghancement: element.
For example, starting from Moghancement: Fire (I'm not talking out all my storage items just to start from scratch), adding Windurstian Flag (putatively 9 wind strength), ending layout mode so I get Moghancement: Windurst conquest, then entering layout mode again to add Cordon Bleu set (also putatively 9 wind strength), results in Moghancement: Cooking.
Therefore, both claims I quoted are wrong (either flat out wrong or missing important conditions).
Your Royal Bed is irrelevant since you want wind to be dominant anyway and it doesn't matter how you get there. The problem appears to be your green 9-drawer almirahs, so ditch them or get a Culinarian Signboard if you really want Moghancement: Cooking (Moglification being better than the moghancement anyway, or maybe you should verify that claim, ohohohoho.)
I redid my Healing Breath macro but it doesn't seem to be working properly, any advice would be helpful. Thank you.
Macro Example
/magic "Dia" <t>
/console....
/wait 1.5
/console....
I'm subbed RDM, I also tried wait 1, and also both waits with Barwater. Sometimes my 1st equip macro doesn't go off and the helm isn't equipped at the end of cast. both wait times and spells work, sometimes, sometimes they don't. It doesn't seem like lag but not sure what else is happening.
anyone know of/have a map of the chigoe positions in Grauberg [S]? Just as you would expect, I can always find them when I don't want them, but now I'm searching for them repeatedly for magian trials on BLM.
