No and am2 is for manafont only.

I recently finished the oa3 axe to have something fun to play with on my BST, but also cause I was interested how it would perform on WAR paired with Ridill. I was always under the impression that if you were going to even bother to dual-wield it needed to be with a Ridill to not be completely laughable. Furthermore, when dual-wielding with a Ridill, pairing it with Joyeuse produced better DoT(and ws frequency obviously) than axe/Ridill. Now we have the OA(#) weapons; with the Oa3's attack frequency being a little better than what Joyeuse is(with slight less damage rating). Was I way off-base thinking ridill/oa3 is a good combo when I'm asked to sub ninja?

Would a higher dmg axe main hand(like say the fire one) out perform the increased attack frequency?

You should have done OAT. Joyeuse should beat oa3 axe.

I unlock all the AM2's just for fun but most cases you won't really use them unless MBing something down.

As long as the trial is active on your weapon, you should be able to trade them one at a time to the Crate.

Did you activate the Magian Trial on your Kurodachi first? You can trade the Krab shells in one at a time when you get them.

personally did 5/5 Fr2, 3/5 Burst2, 1/5 Tornado II, 1/5 Flood II.

Flood II was originally done for suzy in sky a long time ago lol. If it didnt cost 5 merits I'd probably ditch flood II and put that into burst. But it really doesnt hurt to have a couple extra AMII unlocked for manafonts, worm, ouryu (if ppl still do this), taimat, whatever.

I think it's worth taking a pro-ether (or the +1 if it's cheaper) until you're comfortable with it.

Shouldn't, but it's a nice safety net if you're just starting out, and especially if you're unmerited or don't have decent 60cap gear. They're like 5k on the AH on Phoenix, hardly bank breaking, and can help cover you if you make some newbie errors, especially when you consider the potential rewards (save 5k because of your ego OR practically ensure 60k minimum rewards up to 45mil or whatever people pay for KC now? Not a tough choice if you're a soloing newbie).

Normal Damage from Firaga III Erebus with MDT 23% + Shell IV? I would often be hit for roughly 700 DMG, which makes soloing a pain in the ass due to MP spent on cures while wearing next to no MP+ gear.

Are you trying to do it without pinning? With the xarc pin spot you can force it to cast in your leisure and always outrun the ga3s. If you screw up and get hit once or twice it's not a big deal, the only time I've died was getting hit with ga3/black cloud in a row.

Royale Ramble, maybe? Haven't done that BC in ages, and don't recall if the WHM Queen melees you. Either way, I'd imagine it wouldn't be awful as long as you don't get a nasty nuke cast on you at a bad time.

Only thing Im a little worried about is the additional effects from the blm and whm, silence/para would potentially seriously fuck me up.

Yea, ODS would definately be worth a shot, as far as i remember about royal ramble is that those cardigans hit hard, you'd have to blink x2 at once + handling nukes i think would be abit too much.

that said, similiarly for ppl who solo the KC bcnm, is there really not anyone in same situation as you? DNC+anything would make the things tremendously easier for you, and probably more than 1/2 the time taken per (and save potential med requirements)
