Grim Glower cannot be used if the Pieste is blinded. You can also stop it this way if he's started to get all glowy. Blind bolts work for this as well.

When I was doing my OA2-3 dagger, JP THFs would pull them with Blind Bolts or a dualboxed RDM's Blind and we'd never get Glowered.

Shoggoth is an easy kite fight. All he does is cast. I killed him 6 times for my Mantis duoing Mnk + Rdm. We just had whoever had hate run away while the other punched/nuked. Popped a poison pot during chainspell and ran until it wore. Any DD/Nin + Rdm/Nin would work. Or just 2 Rdm/Nin of course.

It can be soloed too, though it's kind of a dick, especially since you can't just pin it during CS, or it'll depop.

Did your friend buy the Moogle add-on, but never progress beyond mission 2, "Drenched! It Began with a Raindrop?" Wiki says that starting, but not completing, might block the completion of this mog safe quest. I can't think of any other quests or missions that could block it.

I assume your friend also has the quest flagged still.

MMJSP: Double Agent - 1200 and you have to be half-retarded to lose.
Sanctum: Red vs. Blue - 1666 per run, easy strategy but don't take retards
Lebros: Siegemaster Assassination - 1100 per run. Barfire and Phalanx make you essentially immune to their ranged attacks. Supertank the originals on RDM/whatever and nuke them down a bit so you can tell who they are.
Periqia: Saving Private Ryaaf -- 1100 per run and ridiculously easy. If your party is more skilled, you could try Wake the Puppet for 1200 per run, but it's harder and takes longer.
Ilrusi Atoll: Lamia 13 -- 1200 per run and easy.

For MMJSP you could do Marids in the mist with 3 people for 1333, get a chance for Tau ring also but it takes longer than Double Agent.

Yeah, and Double Agent is soloable. If I had two good players I was doing it with (or one and a dart spammer) I'd do Marids in the Mist. I'm assuming he's considering shouting for assault gear or something, so I tried to balance easiness with points. Also good to note that killing Marids (sometimes a necessity in my experience) lowers your points. Accusing the wrong Agent is almost never an issue.

This all reminds me that I need to use my freaking assault tags. It's just one more thing that's gotten swept out of my schedule in the last few months.

You never have to kill marids, ever. Get them to 70% and spam darts.

This. Windower and NVidia drivers don't get along at all. I've found, like... two that work, but my computer has some other problems in that regards, yours shouldn't be as extreme.

That said, also try re-downloading Windower. Aikar has been screwing with the versions of Hook.dll that are posted, and you might have a bad one.
