Glad to help. Hopefully everyone saves a lotta cash. I already used the free two-day shipping.

I actually pay for prime, it's awesome to be able to order a $0.50 item with free two-day shipping, lol.
I buy most of my (non-perishable) groceries from amazon now
Yeah I've had prime for like 2-3 years now? Shit pays for itself soon as I order textbooks for a semester
Stupid Canada...
There a limit to how much you could buy? Hell I could get at least a dollar at a pawn shop for all this 1 cent shit that follows w/ 5 dollar shipping that I wouldn't be paying lol, or if not a pawn shop could sell to someone. HDMI cables and shit
fun thing about prime is you can add up to 4 people to your account to share it with you.
It's suppose to be for family only but I doubt they enforce it.
Meh, only the most expensive on the listing there is ever eligible.
Like let's say the highest priced one of something is 40 bucks, then you have a few 35 bucks, about 10 30 bucks, and 25 bucks all with shipping that make them equiv to the 40 bucks one. Only the 40 bucks one is eligible![]()
Damn, my school changed up how to login to e-mail :\
My school also doesn't have .edu emails...anyone kind enough to add me to their family :] I'll be need to buy textbooks in a month and this would be awesome for it.
Amazon is kinda like sams/bjs/costco in this regard.
For example, 14oz box of cheerios at my local grocery store is $4.99 each.
Can buy a 4-pack from Amazon for $13.00

On top of that amazon has a "subscribe to food" feature.
If you subscribe to receive a particular food item on a periodic basis(that you set yourself), you get a 15% discount, so $13 is now $11~. Basically saved 50% on my example transaction.
My eating habits are pretty consistent, so I just subscribe to a lot of foods and get refills automatically every month without having to think about it.
Though you can subscribe to a item for the discount then unsubscribe before the next shipment, so it's basically just a flat 15% discount.
Amazon also just has a staggering variety compared to a normal grocery store, I can't even buy quinoa at my local store, but I can get 20 different types from Amazon.
The only downside is that the majority is name-brand stuff, not off-market/discount food.
Sometimes you don't want lucky charms, you want the 2 pound bag of fucking happy shapes(fortified with vitamin C!(the C is for Cadmium)).
man ; ; My school doesnt offer email ~Stupid online classes!
I'd rather interact with human beings face to face.
You can go other places to socialize. I personally hate school with a passion, so I'm not in a social mood while I'm there anyway.
Damn, never realized Amazon had so much bulk food. Thanks for the heads up.
thanks OP, already saved me nearly $50 on my groceries for the next few months
