Dash of the Daevas

Greetings Daevas,



Over the next few weeks we have several exciting in-game and out of game happenings planned.



Dash of the Daevas will kick things off with a bang, starting just after the servers come up on the 14th July. You’ll be pitted against friends and enemies alike, in a race to achieve specially selected server ‘firsts’. There probably isn’t any significant need to further explain what properties constitute a ‘first’, besides mentioning the very fundamental fact of it denoting the first time something is accomplished!



After much haggling we’ve managed to convince Ettanyerk of the Black Cloud Traders to part with some in-game goodies to give away as rewards. The achievements work either on a per Faction, Legion or Group basis, and are as follow (including their reward):



· First Divine Fortress Capture

o Faction reward: 5 Major Crowns per player

o Legion reward: Custom Armour Skins



· First Faction to capture all Fortresses in the Lower Abyss

o Faction reward: 1 Major Crown per player



· First Faction to capture all Fortresses in the Upper Abyss

o Faction reward: 3 Major Crowns per player



· First Group to best Tahabata Pyrelord

o Reward: Premium Weapon Skins



· First Group to defeat Tirion

o Group reward: 5 Black Dyes per player



· First Group to defeat Lord Lannock

o Group reward: 5 White Dyes per player



· First Group to defeat Norsana General

o Group reward: 5 Black Dyes per player



· First Menotios the Destroyer kill

o Faction reward: 5 Major Crowns per player

o Legion reward: 5 Major Crowns per player



(There are several undisclosed achievements to keep you on your toes in addition to the above)



To qualify for the rewards, you must be the first Faction, Legion or Group to achieve these landmarks. But due to the nature of the agreement established with Ettanyerk, he wants results within two weeks. At the end of those two weeks we’ll announce the winners, and they will at this time receive their rewards via the in game mail system, courtesy of Ettanyerk’s cousin, Kaknyerk of the United Postal Services Association of Atreia.

I would like to take the time to say yes, Kasiniel Elyos will get a reward (aside from the Elyos only reward lol), thanks to my Meno alliance :D 5 Crowns to Vaizel Elyos, 5 more to my legion! Along with the bonus Meno Spear to sell off! Elyos had a SERIOUS win night, capped a Siel, my Meno ally, had a CRAZY night with Asmos all over the damn place and most definately showed them who's going to own the abyss in coming weeks/months, all in all, server merge is win imo, minus the lag lol.

We didn't take Krotan when it went up, but we sure as shit took the boss to 50% while holding back the entire Asmo faction, not to mention the complete ass stomping they got the entire night before hand. 900 kills even for me today, with 24.8k Ap from PvP only with the rest being from a Dredg loss (actually the hardest premade I've ever been vs. considering they all had General godstones that seemed to proc every encounter along with Fenris/Elite Ap sets with Accessories; also I got 1 shotted multiple times even with elite 40 set x.x ouch!). It's so much more fun actually you know, pvping, for Ap rather than having to farm with the occasional Asmo coming by.

only cause few people stayed on boss instead of resetting it. I assume all asmos will now flock to vaizel since it is the only NA server an asmo controlled fort exists.
