    Feeling bad when I dont get tipped

    So I currently work at a Casino and part of the job is to watch chairs and do paperwork when a customer gets a jackpot. Lately I've been getting faster and better at the paperwork and some customers tip us but when I don't get tipped I feel as if I've done something wrong or missed something even though I know I haven't. Is this a normal feeling or should I just ignore it as I have been doing?

    If you're making minimum wage or above, then you're in need of shutting the fuck up, if the tips aren't the main source of your income from the job you're lucky to get the ones you do and can't bitch about ones that you don't get.
