I seriously think they over-invited for the beta. I understand they wanted to find the limits of the servers for stress tests, but jesus. They didn't need to do three back-to-back-to back rounds of inviting 12,000 people.

Did they actually think people weren't going to play the beta? Its the last hurrah to make a voice known before launch!

Edit: @Magus. Some humans are nice, some humans aren't. Region doesn't matter.

How would they prepare for an open beta (if it happens lol) and eventual retail if they don't invite more people. Not as if it's far from release. (If you replace Beta with Alpha that would make more sense)

Really sucks SE didn't implement a friends list for the beta, i've been /tell 'ing a friend every 10 minutes so we could do leves together. Errors from tell's not received would be good too <.<

Ok just glad it wasn't just me! I got about 2moro hours of play in before getting kicked off.

The log in servers died around that time.

Found the Bearded Rock Yellowjack and just did the bearded rock Behest. There's a signup and a countdown until the event starts, 10 people can sign up for it (I was 2/10). It starts and its a regular leve where you escort the NPC to a destination, he stands there you kill stuff. When we killed all the targets, a Raging Ram spawned. Killed it, complete. Received 167gil as a reward from the NPC and was warped back to town.

I thought I took screenshots for all of this, but afterburner apparently didn't capture anything.
