Guy just applied to us and said he was from caitsith from a shell called Solstice. Says he came back from a break and the shell went social and he then changed servers.

The only listing on FFXIAH close to "Murciielago" is "Murcielago" (link). Notice that he has no FFXIAH history since 2005. Solstice is not a social shell from what I know - they do HNM/endgame. I joined Caitsith in 2009 but I don't think Solstice has been around since 2005.

There was a small period when Solstice was just a social but this was when they was in a lull between endgame activities iirc and was only maybe half a year ago to a year ago tops. Not sure when specifically but like Nermie said, no-one of that name pops up on FFXIAH and closest match was 5 years ago.

Hello, I'm a Solstice officer on Caitsith.

IF this person is Murcielago as he claims, he was NEVER a member of solstice, and had NOTHING to do with solstice. Either he's lying about being a former member or he's lying about his name.

From what I was told the real Murcielago was a joke. He was a NIN main fulltiming opo crown, very rich in game and apparently used the gil to "pay people off" (didn't get more information about that). That's all the information I can provide about him, take it as you will.

Ok that changes it then, it'll be a little story to give you the most information I can.

Nephew was in Solstice indeed (the first one, it quit HNM/end game altogether and turned into a social, then formed back up after a few months). He was a loyal member, made pretty much all events (apparently his gf played for him when he was sleeping or something), decent player skill wise. He didn't really care for anyone else except himself, though.

As old Solstice broke, he showed his true colors. He started shit talking our leader, I don't really know what the shit talk consisted of, but basically claimed him to be shady and whatnot. Basically what you can gather from this is that he can be very patient and seem friendly/happy/ w/e and you might not even realize what he's thinking about the linkshell or its members. There's no ninja lots regarding him as far as I know but I see it as a possibility if opportunity arises.

That's pretty much all I can tell you about him. In summary; a good and reliable linkshell member, would probably give him a trial anyways, but be alarmed of what he might do.
