loosely related, farmer's market around here sells homemade onion chips which are thin onion slices fried in peanut oil. kinda tasty and kinda weird at the same time

If you're just discovering Kettle chips then you've been doing life wrong for many years. These are the only chips I get and enjoy them thoroughly. Definite god tier of the snack world.
