    What an excellent episode. My girlfriend and I were afraid for a minute they weren't going to show both parts tonight. That would have been Breaking Bad levels of cliffhanger. Again.

    If the Lich didn't exist, then there would've been a nuclear war anyways? I had always though the Lich was the cause of the humans dropping a nuclear bomb.

    The Bomb created the Lich and his Well of power. Since the bomb didn't drop, the Lich never came to be and never existed

    Wild speculation that probably doesn't make sense because it's late and I'm tired:

    Finn asked for the Lich to never have existed. So, did Prismo remove the Lich and the person who became him? Or just caused Simon to prevent the Lich being created?

    I'm also guessing that the Mushroom War wasn't the war that caused the bomb to be dropped, but was the war of The World vs The Lich. I just hope the Simon & Marcelline episode later on touches on their role in regards to the Lich.

    Anyway, Finn wished for the Lich to never have existed, not for the Lich to never exist ever. Thus paving the way for the alternate Jake to begin to mutate into him. And, finally, does this mean Finn gets his wish back, because he technically never wished it?

    Mushroom war has to be the one that created the Lich. Marceline and Simon already knew eachother, which means the world was already in ruins. He just stopped the world from getting a chunk blown out of it and the Lich being born. Ice age follows, technology starts over. 600 years later we have shitty farm boy Finn with one of these for an arm




    My only question is what made Marceline age so poorly? Or rather, what keeps her so young in the real timeline? I'm sure they could just write that off as she eats more red to keep her power or some shit though.

    When she's shown as a child she's green and has fangs. Also, in latest ep she has vampire nostrils. She old because she doesn't eat, she stays in cave all day protecting the crown.
