It pretty much comes down to your word against a officer's. They are usually thrown out. All depends on the judge though or in the case of MA, the clerk magistrate.
As for me getting in trouble for the ticket, nope as long as its not a criminal charge against a officer nothing really comes of it. Unless a officer has a serious problem and gets tagged alot for speeding.
Yeah, the lady wrote on my ticket that I showed up on 7/28 and the ticket wasn't in the system and she signed her name.
So I have no idea wtf is going on. lol
Lol, no I mean she wrote on a blank part of the ticket at the bottom.

I would leave that as your main argument for the case. Show upto your new court date, and present to the judge that you showed up on your originally scheduled court date. The ticket was not in the court system, the officer did not show up. You followed the proper guidelines to challenge the ticket, and the law enforcement agency did not.
Probably what i'm gonna do. if that fails, then driving school if allowed.
