Ok so my drive wont open or close since i put the DRIVERS disc in when I noticed I had a problem with it responding. I get this message when I check it in Hardware.

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

Your suppose to uninstall, reinstall, but thats not working, anyone have any idea what I need to do. More than likely get a new drive?
