Go have your thyroid checked, seriously.
I laughed when I knew where you were from based on the highlighted area... I know EXACTLY what you mean because my doctor is a very difficult and tends to be a complete douche when I go in with my concerns (which is not often, thankfully). If you're really concerned about this, either bite the bullet and insist that your doctor refer you to a cardiologist, or head to a clinic and get them to do it for you. Just look at an MD rater before you go, just in case you get someone worse.
Resting HR of 52 is better than "perfect" that is a sign of either something wrong (not sure about the cut-off for bradycardia), or you're incredibly fit. The average adult's resting HR (not the average fit adult) is more around 70-85 from the last thing I read.
Worst comes to worse, you'll end up wearing a Holter monitor for 24 hours, which attaches some leads to you to record your heart. A physician will review the results and determine if there's an arrhythmia, or some other problem.
Really, see a doctor if you are concerned about it.
52 resting heart rate is low for someone not in extremely good shape. 199 is a bit too high so I would just get things checked up just incase.

Surprised it took so long. :D
The cut off for bradycardia is 60. An in shape person can easily lower this to the 50's resting.
The real definition of bradycadia is a patient in distress under 60. If you do not know what 'distress' means, then you are not in distress. Trust me, you will know real bradycardia when you see it, because you will be in 'oh shit' mode.
And chances are they will be bleeding somewhere, internal or external... and turning ashen and sweaty.
