[Leviathan] Morality - Looking for members

What we are: Morality is a lowman linkshell that does Einherjar, Dynamis, Limbus at timer as well as frequent abyssea and BahaV2 runs. Dynamis is primarily either CoP or Xarcabard, with city runs patched in when zones are unavailable. We set aside 2 days a week to kill any pops members have accumulated - Sky, Sea, VNM, or otherwise. We do not camp, and our linkshell runs primarily during the hours of 8 pm to midnight, with longer events running as late as 2:00 AM(though not required you stay that late). The name is intended to be ironic, if you're offended at the thought of calling people gimp or have ever called someone an elitist, this is not the linkshell for you.

What we have to offer: Our members are very experienced in all aspects of the game lowman. During our two pop days, we'll pop and kill any triggers members have. If you'd like to sell ra/ex, you can set up buyers and bring the popsets and you'll keep all gil. Our dynamis runs, as well as profits from limbus sales, are split evenly between everyone present. The schedule is short, meaning this is a shell more aimed at players who have daytime obligations. As a lowman shell, our lines are short for many items, and we don't use a points system.

What we're looking for:
High Priority:
-80 MNK, black belt and good merits/gear required(mix&match acceptable, black belt required).
-80 DRK, octave club or kraken club required.
-80 COR, DD gear required.

Middle Priority:
-80 BRD, not the afk kind. If you're /whm you're going to be using your mp.
-80 SAM, if you don't know the appropriate X-hits for each weapon you own or don't use polearm when attack capped, not interested.
-80 RDM, held to my standard. If you want to get in on basis of your RDM, it better be good.

Applicants must have either:
One High Priority job
OR
One Mage(BLM, RDM, WHM, SCH), One Melee(WAR,SAM,DRK,MNK,DRG), and One Utility(TH4, COR, BRD, DNC) job.. with at least one of them being middle priority.

Additionally, they must have the following access:
- Sky
- Sea
- Dynamis - Xarcabard
- Bahamut 2
- Abyssea(Just need expansion registered.)

Exceptions may be made if exceptional gear or sufficient references are involved. We're looking to add 1 to 3 active members to our roster. Regarding attendance, your minimum corresponds directly to your attitude and usefulness. If you show up rarely and do your job well, afk only when appropriate, and such, you'll not be kicked no matter how few events you can show up to(though we may recruit an extra to compensate). If you are half afk during events(especially as a melee, since it's glaringly obvious on the parser), you're not going to last very long regardless of how good your attendance is.

Why we're recruiting: You may have noticed that I've been posting here for 3 years, and not once made an open recruitment thread. Fact is, as of recently, many of our members have left the game entirely, either for real life issues or in anticipation of 14. Our event attendance has dwindled a bit further than I'd like due to lack of members, and I'm finally looking to open recruitment, as I don't know enough people firsthand I'd consider worth pearling.

How to apply:
I'm not a fan of application forms. I want to know why you think you're useful, not some bland statistics. That said, there are some things I still need to know. Send me a PM with the following filled out to the best of your ability if you're interested. Background checks will be ran if you have less than 500 posts here, though I'm not going to dwell on actions from years ago.. mostly interested in how competent you appear to be. To put it more blatantly, I don't give a shit if you QMed something >1 year ago, I don't give a shit if you stole dynamis zones, flailed nids, kicked puppies, or anything of the sort. If it wasn't recent and you seem to be a competent player, I'll still give you a shot(but I'll be careful not to put you in a situation where you can steal things).

Character Names/Servers: List all character names and servers you've had.
Current Character(s): List names of all current characters you would be planning on transferring(or already have on Leviathan).
Job(s): List jobs you have on your current characters. Include subs, if you're missing a vital sub you're automatically denied as that's a huge sign of gimpness.

(Correct any of those you don't have. As stated, exceptions will be made if you have an otherwise shiny application, but you're expected to have access to all of those except Tavnazia at the bare minimum.)
Why I should pearl you: Post anything about your character or yourself that you think is a good attribute and will make you look better. Some ideas: Link to any ingame testing you've done on any subject(Huge plus!), show relevant sets for the high/middle priority jobs you have, list any lowman experience you have.

I'm awake right now and it's an easy question so I'm going to go ahead and answer it.

1). No, but you won't get payouts from said events if you don't go. As well, there is a line for items. If you make it a habit to not show up to certain events, especially if you're actually online, that will be highly frowned upon by not only thorny but most of the linkshell.

2). Events take the general amount of time they would take with any linkshell. Dynamis is a few hours. Limbus is generally 30 minutes to an hour. Abyssea is 30 minutes to an hour unless EXPing. Einherjar is 30 minutes. Depending on what's being popped, pop days can take anywhere from an hour to 3. Usually, though, everyone will just get sick of whatever we're doing at that point and we will finish another day.
