Oh yeah and everyone's side effects are different. I don't have a period at all (which is great cuz 24/7 sex availability and no mood swings is heaven) but some others gain/loose weight or dont STOP bleeding, its weird but i'm one of the lucky ones. (and i still get to keep my sex drive too)

I missed it :/ If it was a clot-looking thing, it probably was just that. Sometimes, whether you're on birthcontrol or not, shit comes out of you that isn't very nice but also isn't a fetus (can yahoo answer it for fun)

Some men are grossed out by the bloody vag, some are concerned about the mess (bloody wet spots - ewwww), and I guess some women cramp so badly that sex would probably suck because you'd be in too much pain to enjoy it.

Many reasons. It's as valid as "I have a headache." I suppose.

Personally, I'm just sick of condoms. I don't mind that I have periods on my pill (though they're much lighter, which is nice), I'm just glad that I don't have to bother with condoms and I won't get knocked up.
