denam and catiua, ugghhhhh lol
looks good otherwise. glad to hear Matsuno worked on this, it sounds like some of the plot elements he wanted in the original were able to make it in this time. if that's really the case I'm excited, he's a genius.
Just release this shit already. I wants!

Let Us Cling Together has a neat system where players design and
share teams to battle with friends.
This isn’t a direct multiplayer system where one person selects
attacks while the other gets a snack. Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling
Together has players pick units and artificial intelligence patterns
for them. Some commands are: attacker, defender, tight end,
libero, and mentor. You can even create phrases for characters to
say when they reach certain conditions.
In Tactics Ogre’s team battle mode, neither group will have a level
advantage. All characters will be the same level.

- Tactics Ogre (9/9/9/9, 36 points): For JRPG fans, this PSP
remake of the 16-bit classic is definitely the game of the week. "All
the new gameplay features added are incredibly fun and incredibly
useful," one editor wrote. "You aren't just rewinding your turns in
battle; you get to pore over the branching points in the story and
every move you've ever made in the game, which is amazing. With a
game as tough as this one, it's a vital tool for your strategy -- I
think it makes things a lot more accessible to beginners."
"I like the changes made to the leveling system," another added. "It
makes creating a truly unified force a lot easier. The difficulty and
story are just as hardcore as always, too."
Even though the game is out now, these new scans were in Famitsu and Dengeki. I'm too lazy to post them all, since there's like 18, but here's link to them all http://rpgland.com/tactics-ogre-let-...hes-new-scans/
Edit: Out in Japan that is
Release Date Feburary 15th.
Square Enix set February 15 as the release date for Tactics Ogre:
Let Us Cling Together. The retooled PSP version lets players take
back moves in battle to try an alternative strategies and view
different story branches with the W.O.R.L.D. system.
It appears the pre-order bonus for Japan, a deck of tarot cards
with illustrations from Akihiko Yoshida, is making its way to North
America too. Square Enix mentions there is a way to obtain the
cards here, but the official site hasn’t been updated with
information how fans can get a deck.
Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together was released in Japan just last
week on November 11 and it stormed the sales charts.
Will be purchased on the first day.

is it sad that the font makes me want to buy it even more?
New cinematic trailer for the game:
Dude at GS gave me an odd look when preordering this, pokemon, and mortal kombat.
It's.... beautiful.
I want this so bad. I really have no interest in getting a PSP at all, but goddammit, if that's the only way I can get my grubby hands on this...
Oh my God, I forgot about this game. So close!
Hmm, this really has me thinking about finally replacing my old busted PSP. How much do they typically run nowadays? Are the new ones capable of running CFW?
New models (latter 2000s, 3000s and Gos) can run chickHEN, but you can't install permanent CFW. What this means is if you shut down the PSP entirely you'll lose the ability to run homebrew/backups until you enable chickHEN again. You can however put it in sleep mode instead of shutting it down and keep it on there without any problems. You don't need any extra hardware or anything to do it now either, it's a very simple process.
