Just so long as you know what the block and roll buttons are. I have yet to have a pug that ever used them. One guy thought it was a move specific to my role cause I rolled all over the damn place to avoid getting hit. Man, I've really had some crappy experiences leveling up 3 toons......
So does BG have any Hero's on No Man's Land (PS3)? Everyone on here seems to be a Villian (which I will roll when I get tired/stuck on my hero)
My toon, though I am like 14 now:
Spoiler: show
Lookin' sharp.
I've run into 30s whom havn't realised pressing T changes their roles. Not their fault entirely, the game does a very poor job of explaining it. You get an achievement at 10 that says you've unlocked your role but nothing beyond that, lol.
Notorious Gentleman is no more! Myself and the core members (all the good players, seriously, ALL!) have created a new guild named 'Casual Thursday' because we only raid on Thursday.
So I decided to jump into a pick up raid today. Wasn't too bad, though 2nd boss glitched and gave us no marks and no pool, but we got to the final boss in batcave before people starting raging and left. I think if the DPS were actually geared well, we could have pulled it off. Though I do see kisamoo's point of not needing tanks for raids. Felt like I could have helped more as DPS during non-boss fights. Ah well.
You villains on No Man's Land need to hurry up and get to 30 so we can start raiding. Legion I'm in is usually full when they plan it out so I'm looking to either set up my own raids or join a newer legion so I can actually get to play.
Oh kisa which raid is harder? batcave or khandaqqqqaoaeo whatever its called lol.
Kahndaq is easier if you can get passed the rocks because you can fly back to each boss if you die because there are no lockouts except for Black Adam. Black Adam is predictable and very easy if you know each phase. Funny thing is the hard part of each raid is the beginning.
Kinda sad I'm about to ding 30 on my Nature toon and I'm not going to have many points at all to put into Iconic Powers to boost my stats. With the previously mentioned healing abilities there aren't many free points to use on permanent upgrades I was kinda looking forward to. But oh well, soon I will be 30 and I think I will be sticking with this one for awhile before I start my Villians.
True, but the other stats bonuses can be really nice to have, oh well I'll see how everything goes when I ding 30. I'll probably do a complete respec on my skill points and keep my power points where they are now.
Still having fun with this game. Content patch this tuesday? If they can fix some of the small annoyances, it'd be great too. I feel like some of them are becoming something you just kind of get used to, like targeting for example. Shit like queue's being broken though really make it hard to PVP reliably. How are you guys doing it?
I'm having a blast with this game as well. Ya the catwoman patch is for 2/15/11. I saw a video on youtube somewhere with a catwoman comic cutscene that had the date. Only thing frustrating with this game is the PS3 freezing and sound going in and out. I've done the smallville alert 20 times and I still haven't actually heard the audio lol.
For PVP usually I queue up and wait for however long it takes to get in. Usually during challenges and lounging in the hall for alerts I'll get a few PVP queues going. Didn't know queues were actually bugged.
Though today I was doing duo and I guess it bugged and didn't give me another partner when my original left. I decided to go solo and see how far I could go. Ended up soloing the entire OMAC duo. Took 40 minutes and wasn't that bad at all. It really showed me how much gear helps in this game. Trying to think if the other duos would be soloable as well.
Vickaz.. what server you on we can playing this game on PS3 as well can duo shit like the old days haha
Been running around collecting greens and blues on my Enkelados character. Actually enjoying the exploration aspect, and the extra skill points are helping a lot. Two-handed is quite fun as well now that I've gotten used to it.
Do you need a league Makwa?
Yeah, I think I added you, but I haven't been on late enough lately due to work.
I'm usually always on Grit when I'm on. I added you, too.
