It's less BS on some parts but they really did not do that much in the way of rebalancing. Xaiyou and Ryu.got calmed down a little.

You could juggle her cr.hk up to 6 times, one mix-up into that juggle did 500ish, you could end a round in two touches with 90% of the damage coming from juggling in place with one button.
