Lili's df HK anti air nerf sux

I rely on it to anti air too much.

Same with Juri's down HP anti air nerf too.

Lilis Andante is still usefull, just not braindead anymore :/

ok now I understand why capcom nerfed her forward dash by 2 frames. her Cr. HP is linkable into Cr. LP. Previously you could start Cr. HP xx Fireball dash cancel xx St. LP cr. LP, but Cr. HP wasnt linkable form a cr. LP, obvisously they made the change to prevent an Infinit. Still would rather have the old dash then the new Cr. HP, made her guessing game much stronger.
