No doubt he will be.

1. He lives in Europe

2. He lives in Europe and doesn't attend tournaments.

3. Europe is awful at SF.

4. He doesn't play against good competition offline and someone like Champ/Jwong/Ricky would absolutely destroy him.

5. There has been a shit ton of more impressive combo makes, Mike Z in Marvel 2 days etc, and none of them did that well in tournaments, ever.

All that being said, that SF3 video may be the most impressive thing I've ever seen @_@
