I really don't like this game already, lol. I think the gameplay has a lot of potential but they did such a terrible, terrible job on every other aspect of the game's design, and some characters have such an easy time keeping momentum. Once you start a block string you can just walk > jab > walk > jab against characters without reversals and counter bait til infinity, it's fucking stupid.

Alpha counter is kinda useless against jab pressure, the blockstun just isn't long enough.

I really don't like this game already, lol. This is kind of how I'm feeling at the moment as well. The online is complete ass with the sound being all fucked up, making it about as fun as stabbing myself in the eye with a pair of scissors.

I can't play King for shit despite wanting to. My friend uses Lili/Poison (Lili on point) and Poison/Chun (Poison on point).

Right now I'm using Raven/Ryu (Raven on point). I like Raven a lot but I'm having trouble figuring him out outside of Haze shenanigans. It feels like his teleport is faster than Dhalsim and Dictator's which allows me to do Crossed Star crossups or use Alter Ego instead of a teleport.

I was playing a team of hwoarang/Raven at first, but I just couldn't get the flow of using raven at all for some reason. I'm really liking ogre though. his DP's are fairly nice, relatively easy to combo into his super, good damage and cross ups. Lili has a really really good anti air (which fully combos) and crazy ambiguous cross up (to the point where I don't even know if I'm going to cross up yet....). King is just such a kick ass character, and fun to watch and I think solid overally, just can't really play him.

And fuck Hwoarang. I like him at first but now everybody and their brother is using him. So I'm dropping him ;o

Lili seems really strong from what I've seen so far. I think I'm going to try to tough out Poison despite the terrible fucking damage since the playstyle is so close to what I'm used to on Sakura, so far doing Nina as my second but that's still kind of up in the air, I like her combos but she doesn't have a lot of mixups and I seem to have trouble landing cutter after launch in online matches.
