Anyways, it's likely a combination of that and Triforce possibly pressing charges (via UltraDavid) for Gootecks wiretapping the conversation between him Mike, Triforce & PerfectLegend. If anything, him feeling obligated to say "fuck you" means he was definitely fired. I think it's more fucked up that he was released from the shit he created from the ground up. Like Steve Jobs and shit.

California, to my knowledge, is an all-party consent state in regards to wiretapping/recording laws. Violation has both criminal and civil repercussions. Triforce probably wizened up after the fallout of the Justin era of EMP and got someone like David on retainer. QED.

Theres a whole lot of rumors going on about this. Too many to believe any of them to be honest. I don't know if we'll ever get the full story. Complexity being part of it almost guarantees that the real story won't get out for a while at least. Unless Marn is in the know and will spill the beans because hes Marn. Gootecks being "fired" still sounds weird to me, I see it more as a volunteered exit to save CoL.CC and mike/combo/champ. It might be close to the same thing but theres a subtle difference.

Did they make him take a UA with a record time return of results showing he was positive? How much was he positve for and for what drugs? Labs can tell you a specific amount. That was my thought as well, and what I keep looping back to.

Gootecks puts the PL/Triforce tape out there
Triforce calls in a lawyer or two
Complexity/CC and EMP negotiates, drops charges (Against Complexity, CC, Mike and Ryan in name) if and only if Gootecks is let go or fired (David might be involved at this step or the one prior).
Complexity gives Gootecks the opportunity to walk instead of be fired.
