Sure it does. He is probably the fastest player in pads in the NFL. Not only did he break off 7 runs over 50, but he also led the league in 20+ yard runs with 22, AD had 12.

And AD is no slouch at catching balls. I think he caught 45 last year. I know CJ catches a lot, but I'm betting it wasn't much more than AD. And that was with Taylor taking away some catches. Now he not only has a rookie backing him up, it's a white rookie. This goes without saying that only 1 RB has been in the top 3 for the past 3 seasons. I'll take consistency at the number 1 spot over someone with one breakout season. Give me AD at number one All Day.

AD had more catches/yards than I figured, and with Chester Taylor gone those are sure to increase. You can't go wrong either way, but watching Chris Johnson carry my team last year(he had 329 points compared to 265 for AD; 4 ppg difference) is enough to make him my choice.

You have the 4th pick, All Day, CJ, and ray ray are off, who do you take 4th? Jackson? MJD? Is rice the popular 3rd overall even at this point? I'd take him 3, I think a lot of people will take others at that spot tho..

I was in 2 leagues 2 years ago, and just 1 league last year. Finished with 1 loss and then lost in 1st round of playoffs >.< Anyways I'm up to rejoin my league from last year and join 1 more if theres room again. I don't like the idea of playing for money but I'll do it if most people want to. I'm just really getting tired of losing in the playoffs because teams are starting to sit people at end of year (I'm looking at you Indy). I almost wish there was another way to do playoffs in FFL, like having a 2nd draft during the actual playoffs so you don't get screwed like that.

Mine's basically standard adapted to the fact that 20 people is a freaking lot.

It's a bit TD heavy so people can do well with goal line backs and big, red zone target WR/TE's when necessary, the kickers are nerfed a bit, and enough people qq'd about qb's not scoring enough points that I caved and added the completion percentage bonus.

Why is it such an atrocity that the RB scores more than the WR?

I don't have a problem with the average qb scoring more than the average RB, I have a problem when the average QB outscores the best RB by miles and miles.

In the leauge with Tyrs scoring system, Brees outscored Chris Johnson by 5 points a game, which is completely fair. Especially considering how unimportant the RB success at the position is to a teams success now-a-days.

Tyr, and I don't know how BGP is going to be handled. The top players from the other BG leagues get invited to BGP so you have the best owners. I won BGP last year, so I better be returning to defend my title.

edit: Chris Johnson had 2500 total yards which is fucking ridiculous for a RB, and 16 total TDs.

I don't know how you can think Brees(who had a very good, but not a historically good Brady/Manning season) should outscore the best RB season in years by that many points a game.

And again, even in standard scoring, QBs score the most generally, Garrard tied with Andre Johnson, etc.

8 of the top 10 passing offenses made the playoffs, the two that didn't were playing for a playoff spot in week 17. Two of the top 4 made the superbowl.

5 of the top 10 rushing teams made the playoffs. Only 2 of those made it to their championship games, and those two, the Jets and Saints. One of which has a prolific passing offense and a top 3 QB...the other made it to the championship on 4 strait missed FGs, and a blown tackle by a corner they now have on their team.
