So you guys still never answered my question, do people just think Sproles is gonna get injured, or that he won't be so good this year, reduced load?

My RBs are eh, but if can get average consistency and they actually play as they should..that'd be nice.
Forsett finished hard last year and if the Hass can stay healthy (lol), they may be decent in that terrible division.
I think Sproles can be pretty good, depending on how he's used.
He isn't the starter. If he gets 10-15 touches a game he could put up numbers, but people in your league apparently don't think he will, and I don't either. I drafted Ahmad Bradshaw last year since he was in a similar situation, but he only had Brandon Jacobs in front of him, not a rookie in Ryan Mathews that looks like a pretty beastly feature back.

Looking back I don't really like my team. I have faith in CJ, Jennings, and Finley, the rest are wild cards.

Love this team, high on everybody I drafted.
I think Ryan Matthews will be good, not great.
Oh,I wasn't sure of Charger's situation at RB, I haven't really payed attention to the preseason at all really... watched the first cowboys bengals game and that was it really. I thought sproles shared time with LT last year, or is Ryan Mathews expected to be the feature back now?
Aye. Plus Bradshaw was still in a committee style backfield, so you knew he'd get work. Mathews is replacing LT, who was a featured back. I caught a lot of flack in one league for taking Mathews in the second. Bitch better not prove me wrong.
Plus, when LT was out, Sproles didn't exactly awe SD. He's not a downhill runner, he's not overly elusive, he's got decent hands, but so does Mathews, etc.
Edit: Yeah, he should be a feature back. Remember that Vjax is gone too, so they'll be leaning on their rookie more. They gave up a good bit to trade up and get him. They've had plans for him for a while me thinks.
As a player he seems very solid, not amazingly fast or quick but he doesn't seem to leave many yards on the field. The reason he is going so high is that word out of the organization is they plan to give him a lot of carries and involve him in the passing game. In my mind he is high upside with little downside. Who else do the Chargers have? Jacob Hester? Sproles is not a full time back.
I picked 2 TE relatively early, I have both projected to outperform any WR that were on the board so they were the best picks for my flex spot anyway.
If it wasn't ppr it would be a different story, but the high catch TE's are really nice in bg leagues.
Anyway, yeah, I subbed in like 4 guys over my early picks due to week 1 matchups... not sure if that's a good or bad sign lol.
So, if nobody else joins by this time tomorrow, I'll be inviting my dad, and "20 man" will be 16 people.
Bleh... I guess it's a good thing we went with a more standard scoring system, though. That td heavy with only 16 would be kinda lame.
I am considering adding a roster slot or 2 to make it at least more "like" a 20 man, what you guys think? Maybe 2 flex spots, a wr/rb and a wr/te?
I wouldn't mind keeping it as is with 16. Nice and even 4 divisions with 4 teams. Late rounds in the draft would still get pretty interesting. People would still have to pick their poison as far as where they want their team to be weak.

My 10 team league.
So, am I just a total Boys hater, or is it retarded to take MAustin in the second round? Seems absolutely insane to me. In this league, he was taken before BMarsh, Fitz (kinda' understandable with their QB situatioin), Reggie Wayne, Randy Moss, Megatron, Roddy White, and Djax.
Well I mean I was the one to take him.
Nah, not that league. Different cash league. Moss, Wayne, AJ etc, most of them were off the board when you got him.
Well I got him hoping that him and Romo would share some stats so double the stats D: or something.
I think we should keep the 20man roster the same.
I won't say I hate depth, but having to pick the 3rd receiver from the Lions is stretching it
I'm voting Tyche as new head of BGP. Anyone else concur?
