20 man league was so cake, I dominated the draft and won the league pretty easy and that's even after busting on McFadden pretty bad and having CJ and a scrub at RB all season. Not enough good owners and lots of bonehead picks... I think I got Favre in the 10th round (already had Aaron Rodgers) and got Steve Smith (NYG) in 2nd to last round.

I would consider joining a money league if Tyche ran it... $50 is cool but I understand that $20 is more realistic for more people (hence why that's the buy-in for my league, a couple poor mo-fos in there who are family of some other members). My only request though Tyche is we expose all of BG to the beast that is my scoring system

I couldn't make the 20-man draft...I got auto-fucked up the ass. Still though, just too much to dig around and keep up with for my liking TBH. I actually did a lot better in 20-man than I did BG West lol.

I've played in a lot of leagues, and Tyr set up that scoring system, and it's far and away been my favorite. I think 4 points for a passing TD is a joke, -1 point for an INT and -2 for a fumble makes no sense, and I like the pseudo-half PPR

Also, thus far we are at 2/12...I'll ask for dues after we confirm 12 people. It'll be first come/first serve. I'll make a due date for the money, and if someone doesn't pay up, I'll find a replacement.

I agree with you about INTs/Fumbles lost.

I don't think PPR makes sense at all personally. A 60 yard catch and 6 10 yard catches should be worth the same imo. A 0 yard catch earning points seems wrong to me. Points for rushing attempts is a bit ridiculous.

I've been in the same league with some friends from high school for the past 6 years, and we used to always tinker with the points and it always ended up stupid. I've found the standard scoring is fair and easy to follow. It's nice to be able to say, "OK down 11 points, so I need 50 yards and a TD or 110 yards."

Yurp. Took 2nd. Traded Ocho for R.Rice in week 4 iirc and proceeded to ride him to glory. Scooped RWilliams up as a FA right before he caught fire as well.

I'm certain the injury bug will get me this year since I somehow avoided anyone going down (aside from Smitty when he broke his arm during the g'damn finals).
