How bad was that Meachem drop? I have Brees and would have had another 7-8 points had he caught it.![]()

he had to dive for it but it was def catchable, he just bobbled it on the way down
I wonder if I made the right decision in my 4-man league by taking Rodgers over Brees
is that rhetorical
Any QB with halfway decent accuracy not named Leinart is pretty productive in their system. He could have a great year FF wise.
? Pick two to start out of: Gore vs SEA, RBrown vs BUF, Benson vs NE. ?
Yeah but that's Anderson's exact problem, even in his Pro Bowl season his accuracy wasn't that great. He throws a nice deep ball and had the luxury of Braylon Edwards miraculously not being Stonehands 2.0 for one season. Who knows, LFitz and company could make him look decent, but as a Browns fan I know firsthand that he sucks balls.
I'd play Gore and Benson.
I'd play gore and brown. Buffalo was 31st Against the run last year I think? I know brown had a good game against them.
Three real good choices for sure. If it were flex, I'd play all three, lol. New England's not that great against the run either.
I'd go Gore and Brown as well. Gore is a no-brainer, Brown usually beasts until he gets injured and like Tyche said, BUF sucks against the run. I'm sure Benson will be fine too but at least NE still has guys like Wilfork and Mayo.
Yeah. It's a good problem to have, lol. I already had Gore/Brown set, so I'll stick with that. Thanks.
Moss, is Michael Turner 100% and/or do you think he's in for a good day at Pittsburgh? I'm seriously considering starting Jerome Harrison over him so just tell me I'm an idiot and I can move on.
He is 100% and has looked like 2008 Michael Turner all preseason. Harrison has a much better match-up it appears, but is a much riskier play. Turner is going to get plenty of touches and has always been money in the redzone. It comes down to Turner being a stud with a very good run blocking oline. I would definitely go with him, although I wouldn't call you an idiot if you started Harrison since it isn't out of the question for him to go off against what was last year a terrible Run D. There is just a decent chance that Harrison doesn't even get that many carries and flops. You know Turner will get the rock+red zone carries.
Harrison will get a ton of carries after Jake throws for 500 and 6
Yeah I'm just over-thinking because of the match-up. My other RB spot is RR so that's a lock, and if Turner is good to go then I gotta play him. Thanks.

With the squishy matchup and montario hardest hurt, I'd go Harrison too probably.
The downside to Harrison is that the Bucs D is improved with McCoy and Price, and that guys like Peyton Hillis and James Davis also get carries. The downside to Turner is probably 60 yards and a TD. Harrison's upside is probably higher, though, so it just comes down to personal preference how risky you want to play it.
Heads up for anyone with Dexter.

Chiefs received a late week surprise that wasn’t welcoming on Friday when WR Dexter McCluster missed practice due to illness. Apparently the illness is serious enough to possibly hold McCluster out of action for the season opener. On Saturday, the Chiefs officially listed McCluster as “doubtful.”
Flacco vs the Jets, or take a gamble on Bradford vs AZ?
My opponent has Peyton, so I need to make up some ground at the QB slot. It's a free league too, so I'm kinda' tempted to give the kid a shot. I'm obviously not sold on Bradford with him being a rookie, but I'm also worried about Flacco going up against the Jets with Revis back.
