He wants Miles Austin and Antonio Gates for Mark Clayton, Carnell Williams, Jabar Gaffney, and Ronnie Brown.

Normally I wouldn't consider this, but having two second string running backs could be a potential problem in the near future.
He said he would be willing to consider other players in his lineup since he's missing WR.

Only RBs I like of his are Gore and Brown, and I wouldn't part with Austin. I wouldn't want to part with Gates either unless he will give you Gore or Brown straight up. Which looking at his team wouldn't make sense since he has Clark. The original trade he offered you is absolute garbage.
