Can you move the camera with the arrow keys now, or was the change just to mouse control/movement?

I see now why they added so much more HP...
So you can stand a chance against monsters when you can only input an attack every 10 seconds.
Mouse improved so much since phase II. Camera now moves at the pace of which you are currently swinging the mouse at, not a constant, slow speed like before. No lag at allllllllll
WSes hurt now, but I'm still seeing a ton of whiffs with Lancer. Level 12 already, though, so I'll have feint in no time.
Ive no attack delay what so ever now. Inputing a few attacks in a row and killing a mob of in a few seconds ftw.
Some stuff seems to be missing in general. In journal or when checking npc during mission there's this [en] instead of whatever is supposed to be there as text.
If we're talking about typos and wrong words, when you go to send a party invite and want to cancel it, it asks you if you want to cancel the linkshell invite.
Minor stuff like that, but I'm sure it'll get reported.
haha awesome!
Guild Marks
I am not obtaining any 'guild marks' from my guild leves which I completed (4 completed, 0 marks anywhere in my inventories)
Also:
I consistently cannot see what I say, others appear to see it but I cannot see it in my own chat log.
Pure virtual function call > game crash
Walking around down into gorge for ramifications guildleve aborts it > game crash
Anyone else experiencing similar issues?
While they did improve it, I am not sure that even hardware mouse can will make this feasible to use on a regular basis. ie, to answer Spork's question its still Crap with a capital C.
No, its still IJKL.
They did add the use of those keys during character creation though. Along with a few interesting if nothing else meaninless additions.
ie, Changing the color of the bandaid, tatoo, hairpins/ties, generic football warpaint, etc. As well as the ability to pick between 3 virtually the same versions of Elvaan ears and Mithra tails (and color the end, black, red, blue, or white). Plus, a few haircuts get bangs as "variations" or the removal of said bangs in at least one case.
All in all not great additions, but steps in the right direction. Still only 4 faces which I find criminal in a game of this level. Only 8 Hair Styles is also pretty bad, but whats worse is of those 8, many iconic XI styles are no where to be found. I want my 7b mithra hair damnit.
Has anyone else received drastically lower fps than in phase 2? I know my Geforce 9500 GT isn't a beast, but I at least ran a solid 20-25 fps out in the field in phase 2, i'm lucky if I can get to 10, or even 5 now. Did the changes to whatever finally weed out the weaker PCs and let the stronger PCs use more of their power?
You can still equip gear higher than your level. Gear says "Optimal Rank" on it now. So maybe it wasn't a bug afterall.
Not like you could use marks. Every mark npc is screwed. Conjurer one is on the lower level of adventurers guild, purple guy. Others are here too.
As for the NPC linkshells. You get a message during missions that the linkpearl glows and you go there and click on it to contact Baderon. It doesn't happen automatically like before
Cant zoom on KB anymore ;-;
They changed the default settings and added different types of supported AA. Try messing with the config app a little. But yes, in gerenal I am not getting as high FPS as I did in the Alpha or the Beta1/2.
The real problem is that it doesn't necessarily queue abilities seamlessly. If you wait for the animation of the first ability to complete to use your next ability things are a lot more seamless combat. This is why the game needs either intelligent ability queuing or a gcd.
