It's entirely possible that since she didn't have a litterbox outside that she forgot how to even use it or at least grew out of the habit.

I heard one tip is to put their food dish in the room theyve been soiling, and to do your best to eliminate the scent from their previous deposits.

My theory is that the cat views the litter box as the outside, and due to it being traumatized recently of the outside, it refuses to go to the litter box. Makes sense, right?

She uses her box every other times, that's what confuses me the most.

Her food as always been in the same room as her litterbox. She doesn't do it in the same spot everytime, at least not always. So far she's used 3 spots. As for removing the smell, since it's shit we're talking about, I clean the floor everytime thoroughly.

Clearly you used CUAV and the cat is unable to locate the litterbox on the HUD.

You wouldn't know that though because you've demonstrably never picked up a book nor educated yourself on the matter. Let me guess, overweight housewife?

How many cats do you have and how many litterboxes? I was taught that you should have 1 litterbox per cat + 1 extra. If it's just this one cat, buy her another box. Cats are EXTREMELY picky. You may need to experiment as well (try other litters, open/closed top boxes, different places in the house, etc).

    No I did not.

I started giving her flea drops... But I doubt it since it's on her back.

I only have 1 cat, 1 litterbox. That box is a week old at most.

only reason I ask is cause it hurts to claw a bit when it happens (how about a trim?)

Also, when you put her outside before, was she up to date on shots? She might have worms.

I just checked her paws, nothing wrong there. As for shots, no she wasn't. What should I be looking for? Or is it not visible? (no bumps anywhere or something?)

Vaccinations don't really have anything to do with stool function or worms (unless your cat has distemper, which I REALLY doubt). Symptoms of worms are loose stool, straining to poop, bloated bellies, increased appetite.. you may also be able to see little eggs that look like flattened grains of rice.

If the cat is fine peeing in the box, just not pooping, it really just sounds behavioral, not physical.

After what you did over the fleas thing I'd say it's cat revenge and you blooming well deserve it.

Practically though (and you don't deserve any help but the poor moggie does) - scrub the area it's going on with biological washing stuff to remove any smells drawing it back there (works more for pee than poo but worth a go), and it might be a picky cat that likes one tray for number 1s and one tray for number 2s.

But being honest - you chucked the poor mite outside where it could go wherever it liked and just threw food out there with it - you're going to have to re-housetrain it and it's no one's fault but your own.

Off the top of my head if the cat isn't using the litter box even when it is clean then she could have worms or some sort of infection (urinary or bowl) both of those issues will cause the cat to go in random places. Our cat had kidney stones and she started going in random places because she was so uncomfortable.
